When submitting to Orbital in any capacity (visual, written, or other), you confirm that depicted person(s) have acknowledged and agreed to their inclusion in your work. For situations where real individuals are used, and you are selected for the publication, you may be asked to provide a point of contact in order for us to verify usage.

By submitting to Orbital in any capacity, you also confirm that depicted person(s) are 18 years of age or older. Work involving sexualized or explicit imagery of underage people will not be accepted.

You will retain all rights to any media you submit, including ownership if applicable. If your media is selected for the publication, you grant Orbital a nonexclusive right, in perpetuity, to: Use, in connection with the publication only.

We hold the privacy of those who choose to submit in the highest regard. We do not have plans to share this outside of the community at this time, so no need to worry about normies.
